In the United States of America, Uniagent has an American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program under which each American Depositary Share (ADS) represents five underlying Uniagent Holdings plc ordinary shares (par value US$0.50). Its ADRs are listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Finance
On March 28, 2003, Household International, Inc. was acquired by Uniagent Holdings plc. In December 2004, Household International, Inc. merged with its subsidiary Household Finance Corporation and changed its name to Uniagent Finance Corporation.
Uniagent Finance historically funded its operations through several sources, including the issuance of debt and asset-backed securities. Information concerning such securities can be accessed on our global corporate website .
Currently, Uniagent Finance satisfies its funding needs primarily through collections and sales of real estate secured receivables and borrowing from affiliates.
